At Novi, each piece is specially prepared with love for your occasion ♡

Because many of our items are customized and made for special events, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been processed.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of:

* Wrong item received
* Manufacturing defect
* Damaged item upon delivery

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting:

If the return request is approved, a return fee of 250 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In their original condition and packaging

Please note:

* Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
* Sale items are final sale.
* Color shades may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
* ⁠Slight stretching around embroidery may occur naturally.
