Exchange Policy
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- A 150 EGP fee applies to exchanges for personal reasons.
- Defective or incorrect items qualify for free exchange or return after inspection.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Policy
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- A 150 EGP fee applies to returns for personal reasons.
- Customized items are non-returnable.
- During sales and promotions, exchanges only; no returns.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via InstaPay or bank transfer only, including COD orders.
- Applicable return fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- Customized order deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.
Order & Delivery
- Order modifications are allowed within 2 hours of confirmation.
- Try-ons and partial deliveries are not permitted.
- Items cannot be refused at the door or returned to the courier.
